There’s no place like home... Reflections on my IMAC award placement at The University of Birmingham

The IMAC award is an opportunity for one student from The University of Melbourne, Australia, to spend four weeks observing professionals working across the cultural collections, galleries, archives and museums of The University of Birmingham, UK. Interested students must submit and application for review and the short listed candidates are then required to give a presentation of an object of interest from their university and undertake a panel interview.
